About the Artist
When an individual elevates their consciousness it is called enlightenment. When an entire species elevates their collective consciousness it called ascension.
My name is Chad Corradini, the creator of Ascension Training. I was born in Aurora, IL and raised in Arizona. I have lived in Hawaii, New York City, Thailand, Aspen, Marin County CA, and I now call Maui home where I am raising my son Areos Rey with my partner-in-crime Tamar Edwards.
When I am not working with amazing people and publishing books, you will find me enjoying training, teaching, surfing, OC paddling, skiing, snow boarding, occasionally throwing and catching a football, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Tamar and myself are publishing a four book series on Amazon this year: Pregnancy Guide for New Moms Over 35, Pregnancy Guide for Dads Over 35, Postpartum Care for the New Moms Over 35, and Baby Guide for Dads Over 35.
I will also be publishing: A Beginner's Guide To Meditation, the first book in a series that will define human consciousness and ascension later this year.

Aloha and Welcome! My name is Tamar Edwards, one of the coaches and trainers here at Ascension Training I am excited you are here and I am looking forward to supporting you on your journey.
I was born in Sweden, raised by missionary parents in Thailand, and I have lived in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and now call Maui my permanent home.
I am blessed to have worked with many amazing people teaching Yoga and coaching Lifestyle Wellness through Nutrition, Fitness, Intimacy & Relationships. I love working with couples around Intimacy and women's self-care, specifically those who have had children later in life - I became a mom at 40 and faced unexpected challenges that re-affirmed the importance of self-care.

What impresses me the most is your confident frame of reference regarding all things related to 'The Human Body'. The very first thing you did was to get in-depth information from me as to my physical condition, limitations, aches/pains, and my past medical history. You even had me send you videos of me doing various movements so you could assess my body in motion. Then you asked me what my goals were and we discussed them in detail. Only after you went over all the information you gathered did you design a plan for my programming. I am confident that you have my personal needs at the forefront of the programing decisions made on my behalf.
I realize your on-line approach will only work for people who are COMMITTED to actually do the work. As expected, it was difficult for me the first couple of weeks. However, I was amazed at how much better I felt after only a few weeks of doing your programs. The more I progress, the stronger/better I feel. You keep sending me new equipment to use and it always seems to be the perfect addition to my home gym. The confidence and safety I feel being in your expert hands is a huge plus for me. I applaud the wonderful due-diligence you have shown thus far in our relationship."

Chad customizes the programs and changes them monthly so you stay motivated and engaged. The online videos are a very effective way to workout from the comfort of your home or on the road. Chad is, by far, the most talented trainer/bodyworker/healer/coach that I've come across and I'm so glad I can continue working with him through his online program."
When I cannot get in for regular in person training, the online coaching is invaluable. Even when I can visit, I find the online coaching to keep me progressing far better than doing it on my own, despite me being very motivated and used to consistently doing my own workouts."
Chad's approach is unique in that he customizes for each individual and tailors it to fit my needs. I always look forward to when he gives a new series to work on and know that it will challenge me, but also will be accessible for where I'm at. I enjoy that I can do the workouts from the comfort of my home with minimal equipment. I've been able to bring just a few props when traveling and have been able to work the Program away from home too! All in all, a terrific option for people of any fitness level."
